With the hostility in our society today, it’s never been more important to learn how to manage our energy, attract more positivity and prevent feeding others’ negativity. On Thursday, Sept. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m., I’ll teach the in-person class “Attract Positive Energies” at Truckee Meadows Community College’s Meadowood Campus, 5270 Neil Road, Reno. Please join me!

This class is based on my energetic experiences, my mystical spirituality and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. You’ll discover how:

  • Your state-of-mind, actions and words impact all energies
  • Your self-esteem impacts your intuitive abilities
  • To stop feeding others’ negativity
  • To pay attention to what is around you energetically
  • To deal with negative energies and energy vampires
  • To grow more confident, relaxed and less fearful of the energies around you and
  • To find balance emotionally, physically and spiritually

You’ll practice grounding, clearing and protection exercises, as well as try the Bodhi Method, a technique that stimulates the pineal gland (believed by some to enhance intuitive abilities). I’ll also address how to keep energy vampires from draining/invading your energetic space.

I bring a unique background in teaching this class. I managed TMCC’s Nevada Ghost and Paranormal Series for almost 20 years and worked closely with mediums, psychics, scientists and paranormal investigators. While spending the night in a closed-down haunted hotel with a tv news crew, I was bombarded by supernatural activity which opened my third eye. I wrote “A Reluctant Spirit: A True Tale of God, Ghosts and a Skeptical Christian” about that experience. I regularly blog about spiritual/energetic matters.
