Kathleen to speak at Washoe County Library branches in February and March

I’m honored to have staff at the Washoe County Library System ask me to speak at five venues in February and March. Each event is free and open to the public.

Ill be speaking on the topic: From Skeptic to Believer: A Night in the Goldfield Hotel. In this 45-minute presentation, I’ll discuss the mental and spiritual journey I embarked upon just prior to, during and after spending the night with KTVN in central Nevada’s Goldfield Hotel. I’ll share my views as a skeptic and how it felt to work promoting TMCC’s paranormal classes, something I hadn’t believed in. I’ll also share tales of ghostly activity that occurred in this long-vacant hotel and how these amazing experiences enriched my relationship with God and outlook on life.

  • North Valleys Library (Golden Valley): Wed., Feb. 4 at 6 p.m.
  • Sparks Library: Tues., Feb. 10 at 5 p.m.
  • Spanish Springs Library: Tues., Feb. 24 at 6 p.m.
  • South Valleys Library (near Galena): Wed., Feb. 25 at 6 p.m.
  • Incline Village Library: Fri., March 13 at 6:30 p.m

I hope you’ll be able to attend!  I’ll be selling my spirituality memoir, A Reluctant Spirit, after each presentation. My book is also available on loan through the Washoe County Libraries and TMCC library. It is available for purchase through Amazon.com (both Kindle and paperback), Sundance Books and TMCC Bookstore in Reno, and A to Zen Gifts and Thrift in Carson City. It can also be ordered through your favorite local bookstore.
